Commercial HVAC, scheduled around the hours your business keeps

Rooftop units, split systems, VRF, heat pumps, packaged units, ductless mini-splits and commercial ventilation, worked from the shop on Cypress Church Rd.

Chapter 01

Which system is running your building?

A commercial call is rarely only about the equipment. It is about the hours the doors are open, and a unit that fails in the middle of a business day takes the whole schedule with it. ACE states the working rule in one line on its commercial work: flexible scheduling to minimize business disruption.

The equipment list is the one a mixed building actually has: rooftop units, split systems, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), heat pumps, packaged units, ductless mini-splits and commercial ventilation. The work comes out of the shop at 19518 Cypress Church Rd in Cypress, with a second office on the Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land.

ACE fabricates duct on its own sheet metal equipment, rectangular and round spiral, so a rooftop unit can land on a curb transition built in the shop. The in-house process runs seven steps: comprehensive assessment, custom design, material selection, precision fabrication, professional installation, system testing and a final inspection.

Packaged equipment is covered both ways it gets built, rooftop and slab-mounted, in gas/electric and heat pump configurations. The Armstrong Air PRPGE16 and PRPHP16 are the models ACE names on its own package unit work, and the details sit on the package units page.

For the space a duct run never reached, a workshop or an addition that was never tied into the original system, ACE designs ductless single-zone and multi-zone. ACE is a Mitsubishi authorized installer for ductless, and repairs ductless from any brand.

Chapter 03

Who picks up when a unit quits after hours?

The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the price is explained before any work begins, after-hours calls included. For a business that cannot wait for Monday, the number is (281) 256-3433.

Where a building runs heat pumps, the published schedule is twice a year, spring and fall, with both operating modes verified each visit. Tell the office which units are on the roof and the visits get booked around your calendar, not the other way round.

ACE has worked out of Cypress since 2010 under President Doug Smith, holds Texas licence TACLB 135382E, and carries 4.9 stars from 642 Google reviews.
